Thinking that Ezekiel 37 is fulfilled is total error:That is not a mistake because the distinction between Judah and the Northern Kingdom disappeared from scripture starting with the book of Ezra and from that day forth, all Israelites became known as Jews in fulfillment of Ezekiel 37:16-19.
Verse 23; They still have idols
V24 David [or Jesus] is not yet King over them.
V25 They live in only a small part of the holy Land, threatened by enemies on all sides.
V26 They have no Everlasting Covenant with God for their peace and security.
V27 God is not their God and they are not His people.
V28 God's sanctuary in not in their midst forever.
We have argued this issue of the ten Northern tribes rejoining before. There is no way they have yet, you just insist they have because your entire belief system would be messed up with the House of Israel becoming Christians, still to receive Gods Promises.
Jesus came to save the House of Israel and His Apostles did the job. WE Christians are the result.
The Jewish State of Israel is nothing more that a mixed ethnicity group, who like all the other nations, totally fail to acknowledge God in their existence.
