  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

The overall supplier of energy & warmth still rests with our Sun.

I doubt anyone is denying that. The Earth’s problem is merely retaining too much of that energy.

Whatever you consider this man made issue or not steps to decrease greenhouse gases in atmosphere sound like they would make sense in any event.

Saying Earth has gone through similar stages before is unhelpful and does not in any way lessen the impacts the rising temperatures cause.

Bit like saying Earth has been hit by giant asteroids before so no need to worry about next one.

Anyway , we know what climate change advocates predict ; rising temperatures, more severe storms, hurricanes, droughts and areas becoming unlivable in some regions with people having to migrate north, permafrost melting and releasing more greenhouse gases that will accelerate the process.

What do the climate change deniers predict for next 50 years ?

This is at least something we can confirm in detail in few decades instead fruitless arguments that are of the type how many angels can dance in the pin of a needle.
