That's not quite true.No one is in Heaven yet!
ה He
33 Teach me, O Lord, the way of Your statutes,
And I shall keep it to the end.
34 Give me understanding, and I shall keep Your law;
Indeed, I shall observe it with mywhole heart.
35 Make me walk in the path of Your commandments,
For I delight in it.
36 Incline my heart to Your testimonies,
And not to covetousness.
37 Turn away my eyes from looking at worthless things,
And revive me in Your way.
38 Establish Your word to Your servant,
Who is devoted to fearing You.
39 Turn away my reproach which I dread,
For Your judgments are good.
40 Behold, I long for Your precepts;
Revive me in Your righteousness.
That's not quite true.
(what's this called ? ..... I forget what this type of phrase is called.... "not quite true" meaning humongously and quite obviously for all time to all to view it is "very false" = not even close to true by any stretch of reality....
i.e That's blatantly false and in total opposition to YHWH)

ו WawYou're quoting the old covenant. The law was not written on peoples minds and placed on their hearts under that covenant

41 Let Your mercies come also to me, O Lord—
Your salvation according to Your word.
42 So shall I have an answer for him who reproaches me,
For I trust in Your word.
43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth,
For I have hoped in Your ordinances.
44 So shall I keep Your law continually,
Forever and ever.
45 And I will walk at liberty,
For I seek Your precepts.
46 I will speak of Your testimonies also before kings,
And will not be ashamed.
47 And I will delight myself in Your commandments,
Which I love.
48 My hands also I will lift up to Your commandments,
Which I love,
And I will meditate on Your statutes.
ז ZayinAs I said........
My friend, if you need to read the literal letter of the law in the OT to know stealing, murdering, bearing false witness, committing adultery is sin you are in a lot of trouble
Do not bring your servant into judgement, for no one living is righteous before you psalms 143:2ז Zayin
49 Remember the word to Your servant,
Upon which You have caused me to hope.
50 This is my comfort in my affliction,
For Your word has given me life.
51 The proud have me in great derision,
Yet I do not turn aside from Your law.
52 I remembered Your judgments of old, O Lord,
And have comforted myself.
53 Indignation has taken hold of me
Because of the wicked, who forsake Your law.
54 Your statutes have been my songs
In the house of my pilgrimage.
55 I remember Your name in the night, O Lord,
And I keep Your law.
56 This has become mine,
Because I kept Your precepts

The fifth command also I'd add. Parent child relationships are overseen by law in the U.S. . And as you noted in the above commands, in most countries of the world.Heads Up: Commandments 7, 8, 9 & 10 have been but into “law” in every country on the face of the earth
[7] Thou shalt not kill (Murder)
[8] Thou shalt not steal
[9] Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour
[10] Thou shall not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbor’s

65 You have dealt well with Your servant,
O Lord, according to Your word.
66 Teach me good judgment and knowledge,
For I believe Your commandments.
67 Before I was afflicted I went astray,
But now I keep Your word.
68 You are good, and do good;
Teach me Your statutes.
69 The proud have forged a lie against me,
But I will keep Your precepts withmy whole heart.
70 Their heart is as fat as grease,
But I delight in Your law.
71 It is good for me that I have been afflicted,
That I may learn Your statutes.
72 The law of Your mouth is better to me
Than thousands of coins of gold and silver.
Amen.The fifth command also I'd add. Parent child relationships are overseen by law in the U.S. . And as you noted in the above commands, in most countries of the world.
Really , if the ten commands were required to be obeyed for our salvation then that work , being the ten commandments of God predated Jesus, would have made Jesus sacrifice unnecessary.
All we'd have to do to be saved is obey the ten commandments. Which wasn't even an issue in the OT times being animal sacrifices were necessary to cover the sins that occurred regardless of obedience.
Actually, I have found in life that those who most stress the ten commandments must be obeyed for salvation are the people who least reflect in their lives what Christ termed the higher points of the law.The fifth command also I'd add. Parent child relationships are overseen by law in the U.S. . And as you noted in the above commands, in most countries of the world.

י YodThis is the covenant I will make with them after that time says the Lord
I will write my laws in their minds
And place them on their hearts
Then he adds
Their sins and lawless deeds I will remember no more
Heb 10:15-18
The measure you use to judge others will be used to judge youי Yod
73 Your hands have made me and fashioned me;
Give me understanding, that I may learn Your commandments.
74 Those who fear You will be glad when they see me,
Because I have hoped in Your word.
75 I know, O Lord, that Your judgments are right,
And that in faithfulness You have afflicted me.
76 Let, I pray, Your merciful kindness be for my comfort,
According to Your word to Your servant.
77 Let Your tender mercies come to me, that I may live;
For Your law is my delight.
78 Let the proud be ashamed,
For they treated me wrongfully with falsehood;
But I will meditate on Your precepts.
79 Let those who fear You turn to me,
Those who know Your testimonies.
80 Let my heart be blameless regarding Your statutes,
That I may not be ashamed.
You do know that Paul stated the Ten Commandments were the ministration of death 2Cor 3:7 For they were the only laws written on tablets of stone.
I hope you never have an impure thought, for if you do you break the tenth commandment and cannot be in a saved state according to your belief.
The Christian is not under a law of righteousness/justification before God. That includes the ten commandments as I can easily prove from scripture.
That is not a licence to sin, for the new covenant comes in TWO parts, not one. The first part cuts out a licence to sin as you are not under a law of righteousness
Why do you keep mentioning the ten commandments?You state that me following the ten commandments means thst if I have an impure thought I can not be in a saved stste according to my thoughts. How so?
I never said "keep" the ten commandments I said "follow". I.E. That is the way to live my life by the tenants of the ten commandments. The bible is quite clear on this. Jesus said not everone who called his name would enter the kingdom of God but those that did yhe will of his father in heaven. And God showed us His will in the ten commandments. We are told in many places who will not enter the kingdom of God and it lists liars, adulterers, murderers, etc... everything the ten commandments says not to do.
Again, I said "follow" not "keep". Just the same way to "believe in" Jesus is to follow his teachings.
This whole thing comes from a documentary I was watching on TV where an assassin for the mexican cartel pulls out a prayer and reads it nefore he goes off to murder someone because he believes he doesn't have to follow the ten commandments to be saved.
Please, inderstand the difference between keepong and following the ten commandments. Look at the definitions if you need to. You are putting beliefs in my head that aren't there because you are not understanding what I am yrying to say wjen I say "follow the ten commandments"
