They’re not terrible cars, just a bit overpriced. If you can get a good deal on one I say go for it.I’m thinking of getting a used one from one of these protesters looking to dump one cheap
I have some reservations with how software dependent those cars are, and how much they spy on me as a driver. Not to mention the Cybertruck is definitely not living up to any of the marketed claims. I saw those bullets go through those Cybertruck doors, and another dude on YouTube broke the back of his trying to tow with it.They’re not terrible cars, just a bit overpriced.
This is your* brain on capitlaism.
*generic
That's capitalism for you.
Oh the angry people are doxxing now? How cute.I see nothing on that website about destroying anyone's property. It advocates purely peaceful protest - as the OP says, sell your Tesla, dump your Tesla stock, and protest peacefully. This is not the website that's doxxing Tesla owners.
See, this would have been an accurate thing to reference in the OP rather than crying about people boycotting a company.A website mapped Tesla owners and their personal information amid a wave of attacks
The dogequest website published a partial list of Tesla owners alongside their personal information.www.yahoo.com

A Peaceful Protest Movement
Sell Your Teslas
Dump Your Stock
Stop Musk NowYup - they want to destroy a privately owned company because the CEO is part of a specific political party. Harming Telsa harms thousands of American Jobs and millions of people pensions - Destroying people lives for a political motive.
Hurting Tesla is stopping Musk.
Stopping Musk will help save lives and our democracy.
The stakes couldn’t be higher. No one is coming to save us
Outside of a limited number of mostly radicals, it seems unlikely this is going to take off and go anywhere. There's been Mark Kelly selling his Tesla for a gas guzzler, and that's been about it. It's pretty much like just Rosie and Ellen leaving the country. I'm still seeing lots of Teslas on the road (in a blue area), and based on a recent check Tesla stock seems to be doing okay. I think the firebombings put everyone else off. Along with the doxxing. Most people probably don't want it to seem like they're falling in with a domestic terrorism cyber crime gang.

For starters, the company's stock price has crashed over 50% from its all-time high in December.Outside of a limited number of mostly radicals, it seems unlikely this is going to take off and go anywhere. Oh, are boycotts bad again?
53% of Americans expressed a negative view of Musk. Knowing this, it's no surprise that many Americans are opting to get rid of their Teslas altogether.
Illegal per the president. What’s the minimum purchase to not be a law breaker?Oh, are boycotts bad again?
It's still doing better than several other major automobile companies. Which would indicate an overall slump in such stock, rather than it just being Tesla, who's doing better than most. For starters, the company's stock price has crashed over 50% from its all-time high in December.
[Tesla stock was 479.86 in December; it was at 236.26 at the end of trading yesterday]

Rental car companies like Hertz are participating in this purge, having recently put as many as 30,000 Teslas their fleet up for sale.
The company began 2025 at a rough start, with year over year new registrations of Tesla vehicles in America down by 11% as of January. However, this only got worse in the following month, with sales of the CyberTruck model falling by 32.5% in February, and sales of the Model 3 falling by 17.5% during this same time frame as well. As if this wasn't bad enough for the company, it turns out sales numbers are far worse internationally. Year over year sales by February 2025 fell by 49% in China, 71% in Australia, and 76% in Germany.
About the same as vandalizing a Tesla that has already been soldSo I'm curious.... how does selling a Tesla to another person hurt Musk? Doesn't someone else just own it now? I mean, if these people were really committed, you'd think they'd advocate for people to take their Teslas to the scrapyard. But that would cost them a lot of money, and I'm not sure that anyone is quite that committed to the cause.
Only until the next trans person tries selling a product.Oh, are boycotts bad again?
Telsa is having a very bad year so far compared to other auto makers. It's still doing better than several other major automobile companies. Which would indicate an overall slump in such stock, rather than it just being Tesla, who's doing better than most.
