The fact that these individuals that are persecuting you are from within your own congregation makes things rather devastating.

They aren't from our congregation, but from the church we came out of to start our church. After we left things started to go downhill fast and ended with the church closing right before Christmas do to sexual sin and some witchcraft. B/c we did not go back and take over to prevent the doors from closing we are persecuted, and b/c we have not embraced their sin we are persecuted. We were very close to the people in this church, but it is all gone now.

We must have others, that are actively practicing biblical integrity on our side. If we do not, we will be like lonely warriors on a battlefield. We may be able to put up a good fight, but eventually we most likely will be overwhelmed.
Everybody needs backup!
When the fight gets hard just remember what you are fighting for. There is nothing on earth more worthy of fighting for then a soul.

Thank you, it wasn't easy, and part of why so many christians struggle, I know I got to the point of thinking maybe I shouldn't be in ministry. Then yesterday morning in Church the Lord reminded me that it wasn't the Lost that put Jesus on the cross, but the "Christians"

I am diligently setting up a support team of true elders that would be available for all Christians in need. If you would, keep me in your prayers. Mainly that The Lord will send the right people my way. We can't afford to stand by and watch as good Christians like you and your husband suffer. We must have you where God wants you, doing what God wants you to do, and we must support you as much as we possibly can. Thank you for your prayers. Hang in there!

Part of the problem with this discussion is we have yet to define integrity.

I like this definition
Intergrity-a tradition of trustworthiness.
I agree it's hard to find honest people (people of integrity)

I would love to hear everyone’s thoughts on integrity, and the meaning of the word. Because as I have been searching the so-called Christian community for the past 20 years, from the inside, I have found little to none. In fact if I have found any, it has been from the guys or gals sweeping the floors. The words that keep ringing in my head are, “Vomit you out of my mouth” because you are neither hot nor cold. Then there is, “White washed tombs”.

I wonder what the True light of Jesus Christ would expose if He walked through our American churches today.

When I speak to the lost, I am ashamed to call myself a Christian.

I believe integrity is from the bible and it is as biblical as the bible it self.
