Yes, they can be and are being, there are observers at all the stations from both parties and neutral sources.

The instances I have seen is because there were already too many observers in the room, somewhere over 100 Republican observers were already in the room. Perhaps I'm wrong but, at the same time, I've seen no successful court challenge for observers not being allowed; the only successful challenge I've seen is the one that allowed them to move closer.

At the same time, this Twitter thread by a non-partisan poll challenger is interesting, talking about the way the Republican observers were acting in Detroit. It will be interesting to see if that story can and will be confirmed, what I could find is that she appears to be a student at the University of Michigan law school and has much to lose if her story is not true.

I've been quite straight with you. You just seem to keep switching between talking a out fraud and talking about mail in voting in general or the amounts of it, so I would like some clarity as to which you referred there.

So, once more, so that we don't end up "running around the hoops", as that was the one thing from my posts that you happened to not address in your answers, where is your evidence for wide spread fraud in in mail ballots? Not just claims of it, but evidence.

After going around with him most of the night, it seems that his evidence is his absolute conviction that Democrats committed voter fraud. He seems to believe that his conviction of it being true should be enough to allow law enforcement to go in and require them to verify every vote -- likely tracking each ballot back to the person who allegedly cast it, to see if they are "real" and to confirm they voted that way. He doesn't care that it would stop the election, as he seems to think his and Trump's belief that Trump won should be enough to call the election for Trump. He is convinced that a thorough investigation would quickly show rampant fraud by Democrats, enough to overturn the election.

Trump tells his attorney to settle a case, Trump expects the attorney to settle that case in accordance with the law, Trump is not responsible for the illegal acts of others. Trump has not been charged with any crimes.

That's not really an argument that it had nothing to do with Donald. At best, it shows that what input he did have shows a very strong lack of ability to hire good people. And that's ignoring what his attorney's indictment said about an unidentified co-conspirator.

Trump has not been charged with any crimes.

The DoJ has said that a sitting president can't be charged with crimes. Might want to hold off a bit and see if that's the only reason Individual 1 hasn't been charged.
