Of course not. The Law is God's will before man's. His will is we not pursue self interest which put our will before His in the first place, but care for all as we would hope to be cared for in times of need. His Kingdom will come and His will will be done in earth, not ours. Some don't like the idea including many church governments as their reign will be over.

Matthew 23: 13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
