Yes I'm just coming out of mania started with depression more light mania triggered goes into psychosis back to a little mania which is a lot better then psychosis or depression or anxiety. Diagnoses paranoid schizophrenia bipolar chronic depression anxiety fibromyalgia cured alcoholic in one day threw me it super mania unforgettable day second best day of my life 03/23/2017 second to being saved dramatically 08/04/2009 wasn't always this way first bipolar with psychosis which I was but Christians convinced me to dump my medication down the toilet been disabled ever since .

The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. Sounds like you have a lot to deal with at the moment, but you also sound like a survivor and well done for reaching out to others for help. You have an awareness / diagnosis of your conditions which affords you the opportunity too be prescribed medication that can alleviate / arrest some o the symptoms. I would suggest you contact your Doctor a.s.a.p. and replace the medication you ditched down the toilet.
Reach out to support groups in your area that are attended by people who have similar conditions for some identification and support. You are not alone 1000's and 1000's of people experience the same conditions and with the right support lead happy, successful, happy lives.
