  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm very dizzy

One more thought. Milk products can cause inner ear problems and thus dizziness. You might want to try giving them up for a couple of months and see if you feel better. There is a ton of stuff on the net about why many people have given up milk. Now, if you find through that method, or testing by an ENT, that you are having a problem with milk, well some like that can do okay with yogurt because the probiotics (if it has them) will eat the sugar in the milk that causes distress.

I can do that. That is probably wise.

Jesse, you should get your sugar levels checked. This is nothing to play around with. See a doctor or at least have your blood tested. They have testers, over the counter.

I will go see a doctor. Thank you

And I will ask him or her to check my sugar levels and my blood. Thank you

Dizziness and lightheadedness can be caused by a myriad of conditions - vertigo and ear disorders, various infections, hypoglycemia, posteral hypotension, anaemia, heart problems, anxiety - the list is endless. The internet and forums are a good place to get information, but it is no substitute for getting qualified medical advice.

I think the safest option is to go and see your doctor. They will be able to carry out a examination and if necessary take a blood test (FBC) which will help them to investigate the problem further.
