IJWTS that I walked a mile during my lunch break today and totally loved being out in the warmth and sunshine.

IJWTS that I just uploaded today's run from my Nike sport sensor thingy and I ran part of my run today at a 7 min/mile pace, which, while not terribly impressive, is really good for me. Yay for physical fitness improvements!
Also Watchmen was an awesome movie!

IJWTS my body has not been kind to me today. This morning I had a sudden, horrible attack of abdominal pain and nausea, and almost didn't go to work, but thankfully it passed.

Then after lunch, along with the delightful post nasal stuff going on, my throat got searingly sore, and it still is. Probably a cold coming on.
