If you need God for Morality, why are Atheists so underrepresented in prison pop.?

Tinkerbell is a storybook character. How do you know faries and demons are not one in the same? Who told you? I do believe in demons. I believe in fallen angels. Lucifer is one. He is described in the Bible as very beautiful and an angel of light.

You are awesome

Perhaps Lucifer is YOUR Tinkerbell.

May I quote you on this?

I speak the truth. You most obviously worship something, even if you do not know it yet. Everyone has something they crave. With some it is thrills. Others worship feeling good. Others must eat or sleep. Some need to have sex or be in control. Still others want attention or a family. These are all gods. So I speak to you, if not for you.

Wanting (even craving) things is not the same as worshipping them.

Would you like a cookie? Yes?

Quick, everybody; let's STONE THE COOKIE-WORSHIPPER.

(Look, I even translated "biscuit" into American for you!)

[SIZE=-1]With figures of 8-16 % of the populatipon being Atheists it would seem that they are under represented at 0.209 % of the prison population. Doesn't this prove that one need not believe in God in order to, you know, NOT do the things that society has deemed immoral enough to codify as law? I know most Atheists and rational people already know the argument is bunk, but doesn't this prove it?

Your statistics are wrong, as is your basic presumption.

There, are, in fact, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, approximately 41% of the prison population that identifies as non-Christian, with 20% claiming to be athiestic.

Of those who claim to be part of a Christian faith, almost 56% report not actually practicing their faith.

And remember kids, this attention seeker craves your attention so much that if you don't give him your attention, he throws you in hell for ever and ever and ever!

But he loves you!

GOD is better.

Ho so? If I'm hungry and crave cookies/milk and I eat them, I'm full and satisfied. I can't taste, see, smell, touch, or hear god. I can most certainly do all these things with cookies and milk, and can gain satisfaction. Eating god just makes me feel empty.

-When I am tired.. I want to sleep.
-When I am hungry, I enjoy consuming sustanance.
- If people didn't crave sex we wouldn't be here.. Glad my dad worshiped Coitus Majorus, the God of Sex.

Who are these people who don't need food or sleep or some form of companionship?

GOD wants everyone to crave HIM.
Anybody here ever hear Alabama 3's song "Cocaine Killed My Community"? It compares addicts' craving for drugs to zealots' craving for God.

I don't mind, 'cause I live in the light
I live in the light of the Lord
The sword the Lord he gave me
Is the sword that's gonna save me
I live in the light of the Lord

'Cause I need it every hour,
I need it every hour,
I need it every hour my gracious Lord

(For those who haven't heard of Alabama 3 -- or A3 as they are known in the US for trademark reasons -- they're the folks who wrote and performed "Woke Up This Morning" in The Sopranos).

Yeah, between them and Sweden's The Rednex, it sounded for a while like it was becoming popular for Europeans to impersonate American hillbillies.

Ever catch them in concert? I'd love to see them sometime.
