Here's a recipe: For One MONTH:
Turn off the TV. Don't read glam mags. Stay away from movies for awhile. Read your Bible. Pray. Find ONE talent or gift or passion and make a move to develop it.

You'll start seeing a whole new you if you'd stop comparing yourself to the .3% of the population who fit some inane Hollywood model of what constitutes value in a human being. Try it sometime and see what happens.
