Well we are given a few clues but nothing that pinpoints when exactly.
The scripture says that God created the animals on day 6 so I will assume this is the start of day 6 during the evening since the Jewish day runs from 6PM until 6pm. Once that was done he created Adam and then moved him into the garden of Eden.
Genesis 2
8 Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.
God commanded Adam not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and then he had him name the animals.

After that he made the woman and told them to be fruitful. So making Eve was God's last creative act on day 6.
Genesis 1:28
God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground."
Given that they were the healthiest and probably the most fertile adults there has ever been with a directive to populate the earth and Eve did not get pregnant in the garden, the fall must have happened very soon after she was made. Was it the same day or the next or a few days more? No one can know that, but it would not have been 3 months because she would have been pregnant by then.
