given the OVERWHELMING evidence for an old earth and evolution why do you consitently ignore it? why do you get your points refuted over and over and over but never listen? why don't you do some research? why do you belive things that come from a site such as AIG when they reject any science that would destroy their beliefs? why why why? is your faith really that weak? are you afraid of science? as someone's signature on here says, if your faith is affected by science that is weak faith. now why are you guys so closed minded? why? i want answers.

Because the evidences for an old Earth are outnumbered by evidences against it. For instance, written documents only go back 6,000 years. These documents are much more sophisticated than today's language. Also, the magnetic field can't have existed more than 10,000 years and yet still be weak enough to protect life. The claim that it repolarizes is based on FAITH, not facts.

Besides, if Evolution is so undisputable, why are so many scientists rejecting it?

Sooo many scientists rejecting evolution.. If the personal opinion of a number of scientists is proof of anything, what does the number of scientists not rejecting evolution prove to you?

(Sarcastically). Wow. You sound real unbiased. Rejecting evidences that you haven't even seen.

Topics, ideas and “evidence” (as you put it) from AIG, are so fake that they aren’t worth looking at. I know, I used to write for them. (and feel bad about it).

Please tell me how you came to this conclusion; I have not studied ancient languages in depth, but from what I have seen, they appear much more primitive than our modern day languages.

Actually, some of them have admitted that they believe Evolutionism, not because of evidence, but because the only alternative is special creation, and that is unthinkable.

I know a priest who doesnt belive god created. I've read letters from a lot of priests defending this priests, admitting they shared his belief (some tried to get him kicked out of his church).

Is that proof of evolution?

I won’t ask what “social humanistic” means, but everything is explained using reasoning. Without reason, you cannot even consider a question much less explain it.

Again, the human mind processes information logically. Is your faith in God the result of flipping a coin? I highly doubt it. You choose to believe in God based on your personal reasoning. Logic. Human logic.

Actually, I believe that the Holy Spirit awakened my understanding. I have a desire to understand GOD's Word, and I find that I CAN understand GOD's Word to an ever growing degree... It all goes beyond my human logic. I am no more or less a human than anybody else; however, I find I have a drive, a desire, and understanding where none existed to any real degree. I've been changed.

But even if what you say is valid, my applied logic is not inferior to secular logic simply because it happens to be considered "religious" by some... It is unfortunate, that reasoning should be excluded from the educational process simply because it is labeled "religious."

My dad knows a lot of Aramaic, Greek, AND Hebrew. He told me it takes more time to learn Hebrew than English.

That comes to no surprise. If you grew up learning English all the time, when you become older it will be more difficult to learn any other language. It’s not because a language is difficult or “more complex“, it depends on the ability of a person to learn it.

An average person requires more time to learn Arabic than to learn English or Spanish.

No. Now if you show me evidence one kind of animal can turn into another kind...

Kind? I guess you mean like dog-kind turning into cat-kind ;)
I'm not sure if a dog mutating into a cat would be proof of evolution. I really think it would be proof of creation, or atleast the end for the theory of evolution.

No my friend. What you are describing is not “understanding where none existed to any real degree”, what you are describing is your ego, and your unwillingness to understand ideas which contradict yours. Also, what you are saying can be considered blasphemy, because you are describing your self as having a “superior understanding” that nobody else has, which suggest that you are measuring your self to God. And if I remember correctly, Lucifer tried to do that, and we all remember what happened to him.
