I've just been through too much lately, it has worn me down.
I was badly, badly hurt last year, and seeing the person who hurt me, triggering all those memories, I couldn't think straight, the pain and confusion was overwhelming then and it all came back yesterday.
But I've calmed down. I cried for hours and the Lord comforted me.
