I seriously need help!

Over the past 5 years ive found myself deeply obsessed over someone, and i honestly don't know why. This person haunts my mind 24/7, and its causing me unbelievable stress and pain. My mental health is going down the drain, and i feel like im even starting to accept some of the demonic thoughts that are coursing through my mind. I dont know where im headed at this point.
