Perhaps I can take this advantage to recommend Paul Simon to everyone. If you haven't heard Me and Julio Down By the Schoolyard, go sample it at iTunes...that is, if you care what I say.

But, I think Paul Simon's body of work is some of the most brilliant available today. Most people only know Simon & Garfunkel stuff. But I imagine many have heard a few Paul Simon songs at some time or another--"Kodachrome" was featured in Coneheads. I recommend to any Simon beginner, "Negotiations & Love Songs"--this is a great compilation of his stuff from over the years. His playing and hooks are just phenomenal. His voice is also quite heavenly.
