(Iamnot is confused how it is offensive to speak in the third person)
Poe is a little puzzled by this as well, but counts it as a trivial problem, nothing more.
To Zongerfield
I see they have gotten around to calling you crazy also.
I consider it an honor and privilege when people hate me by calling me crazy.
Luke 6:22 states, "Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name, as evil, for the Son of man's sake."
Why did you refuse your friend's request to pray with him? That seems rude and unChristian.
Thank you so much for the kind words. Yes, insinuating that someone needs to see a psychiatrist is tantamount to calling them crazy, or mentally deficient in some way.
Instead of instructing someone to seek help through their church or by appealing to the Lord, many atheists and socialists prefer to recommend pseudo-science that removes God in the equation of social, spiritual and mental betterment. This is deliberate.
That said, I;m a little surprised that a Christian would be recommending I go see a psychiatrist so he/she can dope me up and tell me how God is dead and how I am a repressed homosexual and how we need to socialize medicine, etc.
Don't worry, I'm on to this type of thinking.
As for getting personal with the people on this forum, I can't help it. I see potential in a lot of them. Many of them are good people and good Christians. I try to focus on our similarities and not our differences.
You're right though, maybe I need to cite more scripture. Then, they may not look at me as being condescending.
This is absurd!! Terrance, Lion heart, many others and I were not included!!
I am greatly offended, but I forgive you. I will continue to ignorantly speak in condescending terms of no remorse.

I have known Tulc for a few years and I have to say I have never, ever, once seen Tulc come off as superior to anybody. Indeed he's usually quite humble.
your whole spiel about forgiving someone and praying for them comes off as nothing BUT condescending and superior.
Here's a phrase you should be familiar with and if you stick to it, it'll help you out on these forums.
physician heal thyself
Because how can we pray as a collective when some of the people in the prayer group are unwilling to?

Wait... Do you know what socialism is Zongerfield? That said, I;m a little surprised that a Christian would be recommending I go see a psychiatrist so he/she can dope me up and tell me how God is dead and how I am a repressed homosexual and how we need to socialize medicine, etc.

Bless you for your kind words.
Finally after years and years Clirus has one ally.
Zongerfield (Clirus-Lite) is starting to gain and will be called Clirus-heavy if he starts twisting the scriptures to conform to his political agenda the way Clirus does.
Do you always refuse a friend's request for prayer because it would be only the two of you?Because how can we pray as a collective when some of the people in the prayer group are unwilling to?
Uh-oh.By the way, why do you worry that someone would call you a repressed homosexual?
I offered to pray with you, just you and me, I made no 'group' request. I offered to pray with you and I even suggested a topic.
You refused.
I wonder Zongerfield, I won't report you no matter your response - just FYI, but do you even consider me a Christian? I'm fiercely against your elitist society, which I freely label sociodarwinian. Besides, I'm a socialist. You've labelled people who are on the right of the political spectrum 'liberal wastrels' so when it comes to me, a far far left guy what do you think about me?
Answer honestly please.
I've been the only one trying to bring people together. I was the one who established the prayer poll. I was the one who pleaded with others to get them to pray and reflect on the words they use, the things they say, to other people.
I didn't refuse the offer to pray, I just - out or respect for Poe - suggested that we wait until he is ready to pray. I am for inclusion, not exclusion. Poe was willing to pray at one point, but we were too aggressive with our Christian sub-dialect and he became disaffected. I've been working hard to restore his trust in Christians.
You say you are a Christian, I believe you. I have no reason not to believe you. What I do know for sure, is that God loves you regardless of your political beliefs.
I don't know whether or not you are a liberal wastrel. Although, if you want to find out, ask yourself the following questions:
Are you unemployed, if so, for how long?
Do you accept unemployment benefits, if so, for how long?
Are you on welfare, if so, for how long?
Do you support gay marriage?
Do you use medicaid/medicare?
What tax percentage is fair for the rich?
What's your stance on illegal immigration?
Should the government pay for college?
Should we implement cap and trade? (emph. added)

About the bolded portion? You are aware faith guardian is Norwegian, right?
tulc(just thought you'd like to know)
Do you always refuse a friend's request for prayer because it would be only the two of you?
That seems unfriendly-like and very bad witnessing. It's like you're saying it's not worth your while to pray with him if you can't have Poe as well.
