Nobody ever thinks to ask "What do you teach about others, if anything?" They just go based on what they think you mean without asking first. It's a bummer.

there are also examples (like Christ with the woman at the well, or St Paul in Romans) of people affirming the single body of believers, yet not closing off salvation to those outside of it. and there is no example of a divided Church.
