I know it needs to stop but how? Its just a way to get out all my frustrations!! I can only stop with God's help and prayer! I just hope I can quit.

Dear God I know I need you help to quit this God I'm just having soooo much problems at home i want it to all stop! God I know im hurting myself but it makes me fell as if im getting all my hurts out! God help me quit! PLEASE! Oh God I pray this in Jesus holy and precious name AMEN!

There are reasons you are cutting yourself. Cutting is a way of managing emotional pain. It is either to have physical pain to numb out the emotional pain or you like the physical pain as punishment. I used to be a mutilator so I understand. There are theories that say that when the body is injured (as in cutting), it releases natural opiates that help to dull pain.
Lord, I lift up this person that is cutting themselves. I come against this very strong unlvoing spirit of self hatred, self rejection and the spirits of fears. Lord, I bind them now in the name of the Lord God almighty. Lord, release your spirit of love and acceptance over her so that she will know your love that she didn't get in the proper way growing up. Lord, show her she can love herself and not hate herself. Lord, I bind all the spirits of torment now in the name of Jesus of Nazareth, and release onto her the spirit of peace and comfort so that she can have peace. "
Lord I bind up the Spiritual roots involved in this such as spirits of unforgiveness, resentment, retaliation, anger, hatred, violence, murder, hell, death, and destruction, in the name of Jesus of Nazareth. Lord, release your spirit of forgiveness, life, long life over her in the name of Jesus of Nazareth. Lord, I bind the spirits of self-accusation, guilt, as well as spirits of addiction and occultism off of her life in the name of jesus of Nazareth and Lord I release your spirit of love, acceptance, peace, over her life in the name of Jesus of Nazareth.
Lord, I pray that she can forgive herself and release to you the false guilt and her self bitterness for not being able to forgive what happened in the past. it was not her fault and I pray you show her that she is accepted and that you have been waiting for her even though this person might feel you are far away. Lord, break down the walls around her heart that is fearful to be vulnerable to you or anyone else. Give this person the ability to receive love and not be afraid of it. Give this person the ability to trust again in the name of Jesus of Nazareth.
Lord, you love her and she is the apple of your eye, she is adopted into your marvous light, she is accepted and she is loved with an everlasting love. Lord, touch her now with your Holy Spirit to bring comfort to her mind, body soul and spirit and give her peace in her mind. Lord, we thank you for what you are doing for her. I pray that she will grow to trust and love herself instead of destroying her body. I pray she will come to a place of see who she is in Christ. Lord, I break off all word curses spoken over her throughout her life and I pray she will not believe those things but stand on the word and see what is true for her.
you knew her before she was ever conceived. You have big plans and purpose for her life and Lord I pray she will grow deeper in love with you and be able to abide in your love. Lord, I pray she is able to forgive all the people that has ever hurt her and made her feel bad about herself. I also bind up all unclean spirits and release your spirit of feeling clean about herself in the name of Jesus of Nazareth.

When your doing this its always for a deep rooted reason, what you need to do is find the reason, by working out the emotions you feel at the time.
Lord I pray that the emotions will become clear here, and from there the root of the problem can be found.

Cutting or physical self affliction of the body in any way, we know is not of God. We ask God by His mercy and grace to drive these thoughts of self-affliction away, and to help you through this dreadful ordeal. We believe God by faith that He will deliver you in Jesus Name...Amen!

I have been talking to people about this cutting thing. It seems that lots of people are into cutting themselves! I've talked to the people who have done this. It says in the bible not to cut yourself or hurt yourself in any way. I hope you're okay and can conquer this. You'll be in my prayers. Just keep praying to God that you can have strength and stop this. The bible says no matter what it is, that God will not allow you to be tempted more than you can handle.
I'd just like to tell you some things that might help you:
1. My brother says that people do it to get "endorphins" (that's what makes you happy). I don't know why cutting yourself would give you endorphins, but my mom says that you can get endorphins from excersize. If I were you, I'd talk to your parents about it, or another christian you can trust, somebody close to you. It's not very uncommon among people lately, so they'll understand. I'd get up really early, if I were you, and go on a walk every morning, and just pray and run, and get excersize, that gives you endorphins so you won't need to cut yourself.
2. Sugar has had a very bad effect on my family and many other people today. Yesterday, my mom ate sugar, and she's been yelling at my dad for really no reason, because dad is always like that, and later she admitted it must have been the sugar, because she never acts like that. Sugar alters your brain waves, and is a lot like drugs or alcohol. It causes depression and can even be permanent. This might be why you're so frustrated and depressed. If you eat a lot of sugar (high fructose corn syrup and evaporated cane juice are both sugar) then you are probably craving the seratonin in it. Seratonin is another thing that makes you happy, and sugar gives you an overdose of it. Your body tries to fight this, because it's not normal, so you end up being depressed and with a lack of seratonin! So, my advice to you is don't eat it! Honey is just as sweet as sugar, but is very healthy and used as medicine, so eat honey instead.
3. Eat fruit. Fruit gives you a seratonin boost, so you won't feel so bad. There's tons of fruit out there we've probably never heard of, so go out and eat fruit! Fruit, fruit, fruit. Heh.
Well, that's it, I'll be praying for you. Just pray, and you'll be alright. Don't cut yourself.
