I used to do the same thing. I don't even really know why. It made me feel better I guess? It relieved me of my anger and emotional pain. It was just how I delt with things back then, you know? But then I decided to stop. I'm still tempted to every once and awhile. Butttt I know God wants me to take care of myself. So I do the best I can and let God take care of the rest. Just thought that sharing my story with you might make you feel better. Trust me, youre not alone. I'll pray for you!

I feel your pain and I speak from a personal standpoint when I say....Give this to God!!! Once you turn this FULLY over to God, He will take away the urges to harm yourself. You are a temple! God loves you and He wants you to know that you are a beautiful person.

Father God, I come to you tonight to ask that you give this precious servant of Yours a peace beyond all understanding. Lord, guide her, order her steps, help her to not harm herself. Lord touch her life. Father I thank you in advance for her healing. I magnify Your name! In Jesus name...AMEN!
