i am OCD

i can't touch counters, door nobs, anything public.... and i carry sanitizer everywhere. i wash my hands obsessively. i use to obsess on spiritual thoughs. greatfully though, these have been worked through. i use to have a counting issue too. fortunately with age that worked itself out.

i have contamination ocd too i have eat sandwiches most of the time with forks ......lol

do you eat pizza with a knife and fork too? my doctor suggested dial antibacterial soap. i have alot of soap in my house lol

well u think that decontaminates your hands but the moment you touch any other surface they are exposed once again so the soap does no good in that respect ,

lol, that i did know. this is why my OCD doesn't bother me. i just think of myself as being carefully clean
