If you're in a position to convey suggestions to the administrators, please pass on my request for a bold high-contrast horizontal bar to mark the current post being read in the thread view. I use this view to navigate through the posts in their conversational order, and it is hard to find the current post as I scroll up&down. Currently the current post is marked with a bolded title font, but the contrast against the other posts is poor.

Overall, this newer version installation is working much better than the previous iteration, and my box is thrilled to download messages without the extra cartoons.

I believe that several people have mentioned the contrast issues and the need for more clear delineation between posts, and I think there will eventually be more than one skin to choose from. I agree that CF2 is working much more smoothly. The old version was highly customized and, in my opinion, added a lot of unnecessary features that slowed things down. There will still be a lot of fluffy things that other sites don't have, but it seems a lot more streamlined now than it was before.
