Depending on where you are located (I don't know if your in the states or not) you can usually contact the issueing agency and obtain a replacement.

stonewalljon,

What kind of .303 do you have? I used to have an old Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk.3 that was a hoot to shoot. But ammo was hard to find and I didn't use it much so I sold it to a military rifle collector.

Man, I love to hunt, fish and spear fish. All are great in my book, though I haven't been hunting in over 3 years. Well, being stationed on two islands kind of takes the ability to hunt away. Spearfishing is awesome though:thumbsup:

I actually don't own a gun. :( I just use stonewallJon's when I can.
I'm too small to use a 12 gauge, so I hunt with a 4.10 shotgun with a slug! :D I think I have something like 40 yards on it. Needless to say, I haven't gotten anything yet, but I blame that mostly on not wanting to get up at 5 am and freeze in the field waiting for a deer!
I'm more of a "push the bush at noon" person.

I am a pretty good shot though..or at least I like to think so. *grin*

THANK YOU!

A topic that does not involve hippie crap. Welcome to hippie forums dot com!

I want to eventually hunt some deer once I get my gun license this year.

Many deer will die and be consumed by my hand.:amen:

YES!!!! I love hunting with a passion!
I live in West Virginia, and we have great whitetail hunting here as well as squirrels, rabbits, etc.
I could not agree more about enjoying nature. Even if I don't bring home any game, just seeing some or enjoying a quiet day in the woods is satisfying enough.

^_^ Lol Ginsu.

It's not hard at all to get the license, I would just suggest you take the course. It's only a weekend, which is followed by the test.
Deer, I find is fun to hunt, because they're bigger, but can't eat you. (or at least, it's very unlikely.)
I'm thinking of getting an SKS rifle, seeing as I'm only 5'3, small light guns, with litte recoil are very good for me.
Whay type are you planing on getting Ginsu?

We EAT 'EM! :yum:

I kid, I have never eaten squirrel. (Don't plan to either) Squirrels are a pest, the eat the feed that we buy for out animals, like rats or mice.
So..we shoot them to get rid of them, and generally leave them out in the bush were a bigger animal will get a snack.

It's a big animal eat squirrel world. ;)

*shrug* I know people who do, I mean I'll eat porcupine, and other smaller critters..but squirrel? I did hear it was good..maybe I should try it.

I once ate Moose and had no clue what it was, I thought it was beef..then I found out.."Oh. That would explain why I thought the beef tasted funny"
