As it should. This claim dramatically contradicts other creationists.
Then don't tell us how we got our moon until you get it sorted out.pitabread said:Creationists need to sort things out amongst yourselves before trying to talk to everyone else.
. Mohammad based his ideas about creation on the JudeoChristian beliefs . He had the Torah and the bible read to him. Maybe you should read Islamic history before making baseless claims. As it should.
Mohammad was a creationist. Then don't tell us how we got our moon until you get it sorted out.
That makes him a creationist, doesn't it?Mohammad based his ideas about creation on the JudeoChristian beliefs.
Neat.Brightmoon said:He had the Torah and the bible read to him.
Maybe that Seventh Day Adventist should have read more on the Peoples' Temple before making [baseless] claims too, huh?Brightmoon said:Maybe you should read Islamic history before making baseless claims.
I said "don't tell us how we got our moon."Brightmoon said:As far as how the moon originated some geology supports the Big Splat where a large planetoid hit the early earth and the result was two large bodies orbiting each other
Yes.
It started in what is now Santiago, Chile.
Prove me wrong.
. I misread that slightly. I meant to agree that creationism is a historical belief not that’s its an accurate occurrence . If these beliefs had actually occurred we’d see some physical evidence. So you’re wrong about that . Unfortunately for creationists, evidence doesn’t support it and demonstrates quite well that other processes occurredSure:
Creationism isn't science ... it's history.
And it didn't generate any evidence.
The evidence of creation is all around us, but it takes the logic/good sense our creator gave us to have enough sense to recognize things never create themselves from nothing, something that is essentially the only alternative.
ok that’s a claim that can be substantiated by evidence. So show us someThe evidence of creation is all around us, but it takes the logic/good sense our creator gave us to have enough sense to recognize things never create themselves from nothing, something that is essentially the only alternative.
As it should.
Mohammad was a creationist.
What? an ion trail? plasma cloud? time crystals? microwave background? or something else?If these beliefs had actually occurred we’d see some physical evidence.
As [the late] Henry Morris points out:Brightmoon said:So you’re wrong about that. Unfortunately for creationists, evidence doesn’t support it and demonstrates quite well that other processes occurred
you tell me . I’m not a creationist ( and the late Henry Morris was imho an ignoramus)What? an ion trail? plasma cloud? time crystals? microwave background? or something else?As [the late] Henry Morris points out:
Creationism is a belief in completed acts, not processes that are still ongoing.
So what processes are you referring to?
Then until my fellow Christian creationists cough up a plasma cloud, ion trail, microwave background, time crystals, or something else, I'm not going to be convinced.I'm talking about your fellow Christian creationists.
The universe is the product of creationism -- it's output.pitabread said:Even in this thread, Kenny'sID just contradicted you a few posts after yours.
You're not a creationist.you tell me I’m not a creationist.
I'll pass.Talk to Kenny then. He just said the exact opposite.
Nope, it is myth History is also testable. And now we need to discuss the scientific method so that you can understand your error. And history as well. History generates evidence. Do you know what does not "generate evidence"? The answer is myth and legends.Sure:
Creationism isn't science ... it's history.
And it didn't generate any evidence.
Nope. One should not read into posts that which is not there. If I read Subduction Zone's post correctly, he said you did.
Or at least implied it.
ok that’s a claim that can be substantiated by evidence. So show us some
You might want to have a conversation with AV1611VET about that since he is telling us otherwise.
Technically he wasn't. Creationism is a pseudoscientific belief that was a reaction to Darwin's theory of evolution. That is one insult that he did not earn. And knowledge of how the Moon formed has nothing to do with the theory of evolution. This is a red herring at best. A logical fallacy. As it should.
Mohammad was a creationist. Then don't tell us how we got our moon until you get it sorted out.
