Depends, some days a lot, other days, hardy at all. I could play for up to 12 hours, or more, but usually I play for 4 to 5 hours, normally, and that is not everyday, some days i do not play at all and give gaming a break. That way when I come back to play I do not have game burnt out, if you know what I am sayin.

I could play for hours if I’m into a game and don’t have something else I need to do. Lately, I’m super busy so I spend 0-4 hours a week playing games (random guess).

I've cut back my solo time gaming. I've seen that in the past it became an idol at times. I would be inclined to read my bible or pray but put it off and say "I'll just play and relax a bit, then do that." (And of course it would get late at night and I would go to bed and not do those things). But I still play. Don't play most days, due to coursework, and when I am free I prefer hanging out with friends. 1-2 hours on average, if I do play. Sometimes 3-4, but that's more rare. Such as a weekend day where all my friends are not available or there's no event or something else I could be doing (I break it up in sessions, I can't play 3-4 hours straight like I used to).

I love playing RPGs and getting immersed in a world/story, not as a means of escapism but I sincerely enjoy it. I love how creative we are created to be and what can stem from our imaginations. But I want to treat it as a gift, and its precedence is decreasing in my life as I find other, more beneficial things to do. But gaming on its own is definitely ok and can be healthy in moderation as a means of fun and relaxation.
