I never said a pastor must be married.

Exactly. But this does nothing for the case of a woman in the pulpit or a homosexual in the pulpit. A scenario you seem to be in favor of, with this comment from you to JayJay earlier in this thread:
Why shouldn't they be involved in ministry? Aren't they good enough for you?
