I think they look good on everyone! Even the poorly done ones! I'm thinking about getting some blonde ones put in after this red temporary dye washes out. Any good brands? i don't want them to be chunky, more natural. And i have light brown hair. Thanks!

I love highlights and you are right about them looking good on everyone. I use a kit Frost and Glow but I have no intentions of using it again simply because I'm going to a salon to get them done.

Hello kleptobismol, I think high lights are great. I've got my own natural highlight's gray lol, since my hair is starting to turn gray, it really looks blond mixed in my natural red hair. My daughter has put highlights in her hair all the time. Right now it's back a little darker, because she's carrying child and doesn't want to use it until after the baby is born. When I was dyeing mine, I used the herbal. Let us know how it turns out when you do yours. I know it will be beautiful. Take care.

I've used Feria color strands and it works good. If you do it at home, make sure to use only a really tiny chunk of hair for each section. You can always add more if it's not enough. Also make sure to get the right color for your hair. There are different shades depending on your natural haircolor.

i want blonde highlights on my light brown hair... i dont want it chunky... more like evenly distributed and more natural... anyone kno of any good, not too expensive brands that i can do this with?

opps... be careful! the developer in most of those kits is 30-40 vol so if you dont watch it you can really damage your hair!

i got my red highlights at the hairdressers, im not alowed any colour lighter than my hair because my mum says it damages your hair by bleaching it

Hey ok I also have light brown hair with golden blonde highlights and I used Herbal Essences highlighting stuff it works really wellh

i used the loreal red box stuff... it was 15 bucks, but it worked soooo well
