Cant wait for Peter Vs Sylar There both growing in there powers to extream levels.

But is it just me, or is Sylar starting to get a bit of a split personality.

I don't see how Sylar can keep absorbing people's powers without some of their personality tagging along. Also, some of these people have taken months to control their ability. How can Sylar just adapt to them? I think he is bitting off more than he can chew with some of them.

The voice Peter had last night was Eden's power, though I'm not sure it was just the voice that threw Isaac across the room, or if he used the voice along with the telekinesis he got from Sylar. I also wonder if, early next week, Peter will reverse time to save Simone. Otherwise, I'm wondering how Peter and Isaac will handle her death and if they will report it -- and I would expect Peter to want to report it.

I'm not sure how Sylar has been coping with new skills as he learns them but also noticed last night he was having trouble controlling the powers he got from Dale. Perhaps he is headed to a situation like Peter had, where he starts to get overwhelmed by the sheer number or powers he has absorbed.

No, I don't think that Peter was ever around Eden, and we know Sylar didn't get her power, because she killed herself first. The voice I think is a power that Sylar had gotten from one of the first people he killed. Kinda like the 'wierding' voice thing on "Dune". If I'm wrong, remind me when he was ever around her. But anyway, he knocked him back with the voice. Her power was the power of persuasion.

I agree about Sylar..I think it's going to be too much for him eventually. What Peter does is naturally his power. He don't have to kill people to get it. Sylar's only real power of his own is seeing/hearing how things work, and being able to mimic his brain to match. When it comes down to him and Peter... it's gonna be awesome, that's for sure!

Are you sure Peter wasn't around Eden? I can't remember for certain. I do know that Eden was around Mohinder a lot, and Mohinder did meet Peter. I just can't remember of Eden was with Mohinder when they met, or if Peter met her when he went looking for Mohinder.

I'm thinking that when Peter was looking for Mohindar he ran into Eden, though I'm not sure. Otherwise we know they were both in Odessa around the high school when Claire was attacked and the other cheerleader murdered. We know that Eden used her power 100 yards away from Peter (or something close to that) in order to capture Sylar, though I believe Peter was unconscious at the time.

This makes me curious of what Peter's limitations are to be able to pick up a power. How close does Peter need to be and does the other person actually have to use the power?

He already has.. he just don't know what they are. That is why he wigged out the first time, because he was around so many abilities at once, and his body didn't know how to handle it.

Couple of thoughts:

Can Peter and/or Sylar use multiple powers at once, or are they confined to one at a time? In other words, can Peter fly AND be invisible, or only one or the other? I would think Peter is less likely than Sylar to be able to use more than one at a time, since he ends up sort of mimicking someone (e.g. "I remembered a cheerleader..."), whereas Sylar appears to fully integrate their powers, as if they were his all along.

Also, Sylar's new hearing power seems to be giving him trouble. Will this affect him severely? Will it affect Peter when they meet next? Or will Peter's ability to control powers more effectively help? Which one of the two of them can better control the powers they get from other people?
