Not if you think of it as alternate time lines / Alternate realities, then no paradox issues at all


Go back in time, kill your grandfather before you're borne, and continue in an alternate time line where you never existed, and you yourself are just a visitor from an alternate dimension

I read in TVGuide.com's Ask Ausiello column that her power is similar to another hero's powers, only she can get from Point A to Point B more quickly.

Based on that, I'm guessing she teleports (not future/past, but current time) instead of flies.

Now that was a COOL episode. Everyone knows each other and so much has changed. Peter is so hardcore rofl, future Hiro slicing and dicing, it was nuts! Man I love this show.

I thought it was a cool episode also. But I found it wierd that he married Nikki.

And is Nathan still around? Or was I ALWAYS seeing Sylar whenever I saw Nathan?

I was looking forward to seeing what Future Micah looked like. Too bad he's dead.

They're really going to have to work hard at changing this future because too many of our favourite people get killed.

Last night's future Heroes episode seemed very much like an adaptation of the X-Men storyline. A bunch of born mutants develop extraordinary superpowers and become the objects of discrimination and fear. Key political figures make it their militant agenda to identify all mutants to round them up and even eradicate them.They try to like like normal humans or run and hide.

No, in this future he's already saved her. We saw her, remember? I'm guessing maybe he just thinks it looks cool?

It was always Sylar, I believe. It would explain his turning on everyone else. He's apparently killed Candice as well.

Ok, so I understood most of what was going on, but one thing confused me - why would Sylar lie to protect Peter???

Definately an awesome episode. It was weird seeing how everyone interacted five years later.

About Peter's Scar: Just because he can heal doesn't mean he won't scar. Scars are created through healing. It was probably a pretty massive wound that caused the scar.

It looks like Peter was always the cause of the explosion. It was never Sylar. But there was the question of why Sylar would lie to protect Peter. He didn't. Nathan did that before Sylar killed him. By the time Sylar took Nathan's position (sometime during the war that was mentioned several times), Peter was already safe.

Too bad we didn't see more of the future Peter/Sylar showdown. I loved how Peter's hands got hot while Sylar's went cold. It was awesome to see even that brief glimpse of their battle.

So, how many think that Hiro is actually going to be the one to kill Sylar in the present? We know that Isaac does paint the future and it definately looked like Hiro was stabbing Sylar. I'm kinda hoping for a full Peter/Sylar smackdown. Peter is more powerful, but something keeps holding him back.

Three episodes to go. Can't wait to see what happens next!

I was sad that Matt had gone to the dark side, but I don't like him much, so I didn't really care. I was very upset to se Mohinder going along with the plan, but he redeemed himself, so it was all good. I was also surprised to see the Haitian with Nathan. Linderman must be on Nathan's side or something, or at least think he was. I guessed that Nathan was really Sylar before he changed,but that was still awesome

I have three theories on why Sylar protected Peter.
1. To protect himself. It was safer letting everyone else think he was dead. Though I bet it irritated him that his name was villified.
2. In order to get some time to gain powers that would let him defeat Peter, i.e. Claire. This is probably why he was ok with killing all of the others with special powers as well, he wanted to be the only one
3. If he did go after Peter, he'd blow his cover. He said Nathan had already turned against his kind when he killed him. That means the whole lie was already in place and if he had killed Peter, people would know he was lying about being Nathan. Or if he exposed Peter as the real bomb.
