Help!!!

Guys last night I suffered from another spike that scared me so much. I just really could'nt believe that nothing really triggered it I was just thinking of my psychosis and all of sudden I get this rush of fear and anxiety like I was going to die right there. Now I handled it a little
differnt this time I stood up to it and I was like this is one fat lie... and then I went to sleep rested good but today I think I have anxiety after the after shock of it and now I'm trying to just rely on God for support not going to handle it a different way just trusting God's promises so if you can I want you to pray for me that God will show me how to handle it Thank You...

hey dab yes i have what is like on the verge of psychosis moments suddenly and usually what works for me is to remind myself that its not real and has nothing to do with reality it helps a great deal

it sounds like you handled that extremely well and relying on God for support is great.
Keep on keeping on ,Jesus is our place of safety always.Jesus says to come to me all ye that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest.Jesus says to come to Him as little children.We can tell Jesus all about our troubles and fears and Jesus will help us.

Ya, I'm actually fighting another spike but the OCD seem so try to suck me in. I got to overcome this. I've done so well that I just don't want to go thru it again. Does any one else get depersonalize when your obsessions spikes and things around you don't seem real. Like the theme I have I can't find anyone else who has it because it was trigger by a psychotic episode and the theme I have is really a episode but I obsesse about it and on top of that it seems so real and they are very scary. But if I imagened that I commited blasphemey and obsesse that I was going to hell I think it has the same effect well just keep me in your prayers so that I'll come out this...

When I decided to stop therapy and medicine for my OCD, my friend told me this.

He said.. you think your mind is broken, but your mind is ridiculously STRONG. Look at all of the crazy things it makes you believe. Your mind is strong, just tell it when it's wrong.

Props to you for standing up to yourself (that sounds so weird but I know you'll understand). I wish I could help you but I just wanted to offer you a bit of encouragement and give you a thumbs up for staying strong. It's not easy.
