Hell is real as is heaven. If we are resurrected as Christ, we will have physical bodies no? And if we have our physical bodies in heaven, will they not in hell?
In my understanding, the resurrection is not limited to those going to heaven. Why would people in hell get bodies? Why would they be resurrected as Christ?
Resurrection is a transformation into something greater.
yea I am glad the fighting has stoped, I agree with Lady Trekki, it was not untill recently that people thought that we will not have our bodies in the next life. orthodox christianity preaches the resurection of the dead
SA, the Bible talks about the resurection of the dead then Judgment. The CC, not this one the other one, teaches that all will be resurected
Where do you get this from? Cause like Rhamiel said, the Bible talks about the "resurrection of the dead". Dead is dead whether you are a christian or not.You are not understanding me.
People in Heaven are resurrected. People in hell are not.
In my understanding, the resurrection is not limited to those going to heaven.
So what happens to those going to hell if that's the case? They just cease to exist?Even the jews held that only the faithful would be resurrected.

How do you mean transformed? When He was taken back up in the air?A comprehensive understanding of the bible and Christian theology.
Paul talks about the resurrection of the dead, but it is in reference to Christian, not sinners.
Resurrection is not simply getting your body back. When Jesus returned after death, He was transformed too.
I think I read parts of it...but not completely....

So what are some other ideas on Hell or that guy and his vid.
Anyone else here ever read Dante's Inferno?
Is very deep...and kinda depressing. 998 Who will rise? All the dead will rise, "those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment."552
How do you mean transformed? When He was taken back up in the air?
well they will be transformed too, but not in a good way, why do you think they will not be resurected?
Catechism states
No one knew it was Him when the first saw Him. He walked through walls, et cetera.
I hope most Christians don't think when they are resurrected they will simply be the same as they were on Earth.
Well...I hope not! Gravity sucks.
