No, it proves that the people who think they are clever in mocking God fail to understand Him.

Consider this:

Hell is a place outside of God (Separation from him)

It is also a place of eternal fire (Eternal energy)

The law of entropy (The 2nd law of thermodynamics) disallows this by the fact God is not present to sustain it's energy requirements.

If the natural laws of thermodynamics has been suspended for hell, then it must be a miraculous place.

Ok. Supposing that's correct... do you have more of a point beyond "hell is miraculous"?

Yes I know there are some changes to our understanding concerning the natural universe, such as the speed of light. But any of these things will not eliminate the core theories.

It depends on the strength of the individual believers faith and understanding of Jesus' teaching of the salvation doctrine. In Him I don't fear death's sting or Hell because provided I stay in Him keeping His commandments my salvation and sanctification is assured. However, if I start to backslide and knowingly, willingly disobey Him then I do risk losing salvation but the resulting blinding of my heart and ignorance will be my fault entirely and will promote apathy in me so whilst living out my days I probably won't fear it, may even joke about it but eventually when I die the reality of it will strike me but it wikl be too late. Backsliding believers should be warned of Hell. Ner converts abd unbelievers should be focusing on Heaven.

I'll tell you a short story:

I met a drug couple, who were speed addict's. They invited me in to try some speed, after I refused to inject it the guy took a shower and left me alone with his girlfriend. I noticed stitches in her lips and a bruised cheek.

I said straight out

"Is your boyfriend beating you up"

She looked at me with complete shame and said

"Yeah...but he loves me, so you see I can't leave"
