Naw...not really. My mom was a really good cook. What I know I learned from her. She was a bakeaholic. Her motto was why make one batch of cookies when you can make twelve. Her kitchen was often like a bakery.

My boss just lost her husband. One co-worker's husband had a heartattack a few weeks ago and had heart surgery, then he was rushed to the hospital after that because he had bad stomach pains. Then she had surgery and now she has thrush from antibiotics she was taking. Someone in my tax class mother just passed away about a week ago. I called another classmate to tell them of funeral arrangements for my boss's hubby and they had just had a sudden death in their family. I called another co-worker to tell her of arrangements for the funeral and she was in a different state because her cousin's hubby just passed away

If it snows real bad tomorrow I may call off of work...if we get as much as they are predicting I am sure it will be hard just to get out of the driveway. We already have a few inches on the ground.oh my goodness

Yeah. My boss and her hubby were running two tax offices in different towns, and they also rented out a house which burned a few weeks ago, and might have to take the person to court to get their rent. And now all that is all piled up on my boss. I can't imagine what she's feeling right now.That is so sad.

I found it was hard to figure out what I could and couldn't eat but more when I should and shouldn't eat and how much. I would take it light on the nuts including peanut butter too much of that can make you sick as some get allergic to peanuts like my niece was for awhile I think.... may still be allergic to them.Yeah, I know I didn't get enough sleep lastnight but I really think the reason I'm having more problems now is because of the dried fruits and nuts that I ate. Don't think my colon was quite ready for all that yet.
And yeah, quality sleep is wonderful!! And it's needed, but I'm just thankful I'm sleeping so much more and better than I used to beGod is good! And things are totally moving in the right direction.
