Welcome everyone

Come on in, have a soda, grab a seat, then tell me what it is that excites you lately? What do you care about? What's your passion?

Right now I'm excited to get started on my exercise routine again. I haven't worked out regularly in at least over two years. Today I finally put my tennis shoes on and hit the track. It was only a half hour long power walk, but in time I plan to increase the time and intensity.

So what about you? Got any goals set that you'd like to share?

I am excited to start taking my family's spiritual health into consideration for once. I am no father when my children dont know Him.

Hi Ruzan.

You haven't brought down the mood of my post. That sounds like a great goal. It sounds like you've recognized the need to bring Christ into your Children's life and to get your family going down a spiritual path. Good for you. I can't think of a more impacting goal than that.

Yesterday I completed all my goals, despite my low levels of motivation. I waked the track for a half hour, I set up my account at fitday.com, and I logged in everything I ate. WOO HOO

I'm tracking my food intake all this week so that I can see where some changes need to be made in my diet. I"m also getting going again on my exercise program, which has been non existent for over two years! Yesterday was my start date, and so far I am on task!

If you have some goals you're working towards, big or small, come tell us about them!

First, congrats on your third pregnancy.

My name's Michelle. I am starting with a goal to walk every day as well. I'm not sure how often you post here as I'm pretty new, but maybe we could check in with each other for support and encouragement as we both strive towards our exercise goals.

As I posted in the "how are you feeling" thread, I felt very sluggish, tired, and sad earlier today. I prayed to God for the motivation to follow through on my exercise program and at least get out for my 40 minute power walk.

I just returned from my power walk, and by the end of my walk I was smiling big! I am so tired and so sore, but I'm feeling fabulous!

I forgot how much of a natural anti depressant exercise really is!

Hey everyone!

Today my Husband and I went to a seminar for people who are starting their own business's. Very good information, and we are very excited to start out new adventure!

I haven't walked the track yet, but I'll do it before the evening is done.

Howdy folks! I just got back from my power walk on the track! Three days in a row! My program is off to a good start!

This thread is starting to look like Michelle's live journal! LOL!

I'll keep posting about my excitement and push towards the future, and hopefully some of you will join me in sharing your goals, excitement, and success's!

Good evening all!

Today God blessed me with the motivation once again to get out and power walk the track! This is the forth day in a row I've stuck to my program. Every day it gets easier as it's starting to feel like a normal part of my day. YAY! Thank you God!
