That's the explanation that worries me really. I only started to feel deep regret after I got saved. TBH I just believed I was on my way to hell and Jesus was the saviour. I also knew I would sin again.

Accepting Christ as Lord and Savior means our life attitudes toward sin will change to some degree.

For you, you now have regret over sins you commit. That's your start. That sense of deep regret over the sins you commit will change you over time, and you will become more like Christ as time moves on; as you grow in the faith.

I have not always been a reformed Christian...but as of late I am. Especially when I joined the local Reformed Christian Church in my hometown.

It was something the Holy Spirit led me to. I felt drawn to the small church in my hometown...like it was someplace I was meant to belong to.
