Has anyone published their Study Bible notes as a separate book?

I would love to get the notes from a study Bible like the ESV, NLT Illustrated, or NET as a separate book, that I could use with any Bible I own. Has any publisher ever published a book of just the notes?

I don't think there's anything exactly like that. Have you thought about Bible commentaries?
