Have you ever heard the song "My Jesus" by Todd Agnew? Your post reminded me of it. It has a part where it talks about how people would react if Jesus came to their church today. It's kind of a strange song, but my husband really likes it. You can listen to it here.

I know; he has a really strange voice, but the song has a good message in it. It's not my favorite style of music, but as I said, my husband really likes it.

We have just opened Sabbath by reading Ps.86 and 2Cor. 1

I would suggest to all that these are very good passages of Scriptures and to look at them if you have time

Happy Sabbath to everyone.

It is Friday evening here in the Eastern Sates (Victoria, Tasmania, NSW, and Queensland) of Australia.

It has been very hot during the past week, often nearing 100 deg F. during the day. Even now it is still 90 deg.

I hope and pray that we will all have a good Sabbath.

We are having communion tomorrow.

We had Communion today at Church. Nothing like a Communion service to keep people away from Church.

I thought our minister took a very good service. He gave a time for anyone want to share a testimony. About 10 or so people came forward. Really a good idea to do, lets people share with their friends what Jesus means to them.

We all have a story, no one can argue against that.

My church is having baptisms tomorrow. An elderly man, who was baptised at 17 because of peer pressure and went away from God for 40 years, is getting re-baptised and his sister also being elderly dosn't want to be submereged under water, so is doing a profession of faith...

Hey, that's awesome!

My Sabbath is going to be interesting... Our youth group will have at least 21 people there!! Our leader is a bit stressed about it at the moment, as people are taking sides on some issues
Anyway....

mm.. Happy Sabbath everyone! God knew what he was doing when he gave us that. Imagine if he'd picked Sunday and we had to wait another whole day!! After the busy week I've had, this Sabbath has come at exactly the right time!
