Illegal immigrant out on bail now accused of rape

DELHI, NY (WBNG) -- The Delaware County District Attorney’s Office announced the indictment of a man on rape, strangulation and unlawful imprisonment charges Tuesday afternoon.

Acting District Attorney Shawn Smith said Cruz Garcia, 43, was indicted by a grand jury on the charges of rape in the first degree, strangulation in the second degree and unlawful imprisonment in the first degree on Aug. 10.

Smith said the crimes against the victim occurred on July 25, when Garcia was released on separate unrelated felony charges from Orange County.

New photos from the Rio Grande Valley in Texas show armed cartel members carrying what appear to be AR-15-style rifles and some are wearing body armor.

Maybe they were part of a well-regulated militia? I thought Americans were OK with people who carried guns around?

A few years ago, we had a president who cared about the border crisis. He began doing things and making changes. Many on the left didn't like new things being done. They mocked and ridiculed that president.
I don't recall Trump ever caring about the people who were seeking asylum at the border. In fact, I distinctly remember Trump being mocked and ridiculed because he said he was going to build a beautiful massive impenetrable concrete wall from coast to coast and get Mexico to pay for it. Anyone who disagreed with his idea were automatically characterized as against border security or for open borders. He eventually conceded to the bollard fence which was already the standard okayed by congress in the border fence act of 2006. I think Trump continued to call it a wall only because he did not want to admit the wall was never practical.

Yeah, right, that's great. Biden is the President, and this crisis has ramped up severely since he took office.

This thread is about Biden's unprecedented failure to protect the American people from invasion.

Senate Republicans demand Biden halt sale of border wall parts

“As I have worked to hold him accountable for wasting taxpayer-funded parts and use them to actually secure our border — President Biden is shamelessly auctioning them off for pennies on the dollar!” she added.

“This is a clear signal he does not take border security seriously. President Biden cannot get away with subverting Congress’ work on this.”

As much as $300 million worth of border wall components have been left to rust since Biden ascended to the White House, Republicans have claimed.

The cartels and fentanyl are definitely a problem. I would see calling it Joe's failure as pure propaganda. I think Mexico has a problem and I could even see sending troops to fight cartels as an option in some cases. But I'm not convinced that will stop the flow of fentanyl.

Biden spending over $2B to halt border wall construction amid migrant crisis

“President Biden is paying professional construction contractors to babysit metal to the tune of $2 billion and counting, while at the same time we’ve seen a 20-year high number of migrants crossing our open border,” said Sen. James Lankford (R., Okla.)

Do you view fentanyl being the number one cause of death, illegal invaders murdering and raping Americans, and receiving taxpayer funded benefits, as Americans are living in tents, because they've lost their homes to Bidenomics, as a success?

If so you have a different vision for America than I.

I think Mexico has a problem and I could even see sending troops to fight cartels as an option in some cases. But I'm not convinced that will stop the flow of fentanyl.

Oh, so invade Mexico? How about Biden stops sending billions to protect Ukraine's borders, and send our military to defend our own borders?

If he can't defend our borders; he's not worthy of the title CiC.

The American People can't afford Biden's failing wars.

A post which points to reports of catching over 100 people on terrorist watch lists at the border does do a good bit to blow a hole in the GOP fairy tales that the border is wide open.

I mean, I get that by their nature GOP talking points need to run counter to reality. But there needs to be a bit more spin than simply trying to ignore it when those contradictions are pointed out in plain sight. It needs to be a better diversion, otherwise even low information voters are going to start to catch on that the stories keep changing.

Yep, look at how he got Mexico to pay for that great bigly border wall....

Come on, people remember the guy fumbling around to try and get it funded, only to get beat by a woman.

Sure, but only if one subscribes to half truths, by turning a blind eye to the fact that illegals are invading our border at a unprecedented rate. It's not the ones that are caught that I'm worried about. It's the ones who aren't caught, or who are caught and released, to murder, rape, steal, collect government benefits, and poison our people with fentanyl; while Bidenomics puts working Americans out on the street to live in tents.

Mayorkas grants another day’s leave to DHS employees

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is giving his department’s 260,000 employees an extra day of leave, adding to more than $1 billion worth of vacation time he has already doled out in 2½ years in office.

Mr. Mayorkas said his employees deserve extra time beyond their regular Labor Day holiday as a reward for their “sacrifice to secure our homeland and to advance our nation.”

I guess the the rest of us working stiffs will just have to work harder to pay down the national debt with interest; if we don't die trying. Maybe our great grandchildren can pay down the Biden Administration's reckless fiscal policies; that is if the criminals invading our borders don't turn our country into a place more like where they came from.

California TV ad campaign launches to oppose hotels overrun by homelessness and criminality

A new television ad campaign in California was launched by an activist group that opposes a hotel worker union’s effort to expand policies that force hotels to offer empty rooms to the homeless.

Hotels in California and New York have been transformed into homeless and migrant shelters over the last two years since the southern border has experienced an influx of massive traffic due to looser immigration restrictions by the Biden administration and a lack of housing in each state.

Devil= accuser/slanderer. When a person believes a lie, then they begin to lose sanity because they become out of touch with reality. Moreover, a demagogue plays to fears and prejudice building lies upon lies, and the spiritual condition of their followers/victims worsen as the insanity/darkness grows. Demagoguery in propaganda is all about taking legitimate issues of concern and misguiding the love of others through redirecting into insinuations and innuendo against a political opponent. We should not entertain slander.
If so you have a different vision for America than I.
We all want good things for our children.
Oh, so invade Mexico?
That's not what I meant. For example, if cartels were kidnapping Americans and demanding ransom and Mexican authorities were owned by the cartels and complicit, then I would see nothing wrong with using the military against cartels if necessary.
How about Biden stops sending billions to protect Ukraine's borders, and send our military to defend our own borders?
No, that wouldn't reflect reality.
If he can't defend our borders; he's not worthy of the title CiC.

The American People can't afford Biden's failing wars.
The border crisis is not about "defending" the border. America can't afford insanity. We should not entertain the spirit of the devil.

Who are you accusing of this, and what is your evidence for it?

It's not the ones that are caught that I'm worried about.
It is strange that a post would outright admit dismissing actual facts that contradict its narrative.

It's terrible that he's trying to bump their PTO numbers to be more in line with the private sector. Why on earth would he do that?

Here's the official (i.e. pre-Mayorkas bonus) DHS leave policy:

I get more PTO than that and I get more holidays than they do.

What does any of this have to do with paying down the debt. Here's the thing about extra PTO: it's almost free if you cap the amount you can rollover (which DHS does). PTO only costs money when it's cashed out, and the only time PTO gets cashed out at DHS is when somebody leaves, so the most anybody can get paid out is 30 days (if they're based in the US) + whatever they accrued that year. That's less than Trump charged the Secret Service to stay at his properties.

The very moment the cartels have an armed encounter with Boarder Patrol, it calls for an armed response.

Six million people crossing the boarder illegal is an incursion and calls for an overwhelming armed response. We have the right and responsibility to protect our boarders.
