I find the hardest part of going for a walk in getting through the door! It's not that I'm too fat to get through the door,or that the door is too thin! It's the motivation to get out there and walk,the determination to get going.

My husband pushes me into walking, he loves walking so I don't have a choice...but I don't mind at all.

When i lived in the midst of where drug dealers gathered on ev'ry corner, i would take "prayer walks", praying over the entire neighborhood, and (seriously, yes), anointing and praying over and claiming even the buildings, the spaces, and even the bus stops and benches for God. Once it was very early morning and two people were sitting on the bench as i was doing this, and they asked me what i was doing. i told them. And i asked if they would like me to anoint and pray over them. They left. I then prayed over and anointed the bench they had been sitting on, and continued praying as i picked up trash, asking God to mooooove mightily, there, in that place, from corner to corner, building to building and even the sidewalks and streets.

It was a "prayer walk" combined with spiritual warfare prayers.
