I have to contextualize my thinking here, for a moment.
I have come to understand that "Evolution" is the negative, of Creation - as such it needs to be restrained, by more than chance (in principle).
If I did not restrain it, I would not be grateful for my Creation - which I should be more (again, in principle).
The whole point for me, was to reduce the expectation of Evolution - for things other than the faith - by mixing my faith with it, a little.
What I didn't realise, was that Creation is far stronger than Evolution, if you honour it. The problem is, the objection is, that even though it is stronger, in the natural you don't necessarily do anything with it whereas Evolution presumes to change practically everything - I basically couldn't have it, either way, without destroying something I wanted to stay in place.
The conclusion I have come to, is that God is in the business of saving the "remnant" and that is what I want Him to have faith in, for my part - as pertains to the remnant of Evolution. If God can save the remnant of my Evolution, I may not have to set out to make all kinds of arguments about Evolution, that don't help the difference believing in Evolution can bring about?
Anyway, thanks for listening - I am not trying to replace the faith, or anything, just trying to work out where things make a better fit, for those that Love the Lord!
