See, this is something that bothers me. There are so many health experts out there telling you that you have to eat so many servings of vegetables, fruit, bread, meat, ect. I can't speak for everybody here, but if I ate what was recommended, my daily consumption of food would likely double.
I eat two small to average sized meals a day, and I can tell you that I don't consume enough of what is recommended for a healthy diet. I just have a hard time spending a lot of money to get my daily nutrients when there are millions in this world that are starving.
