Well, since you have a nice clean fridge you can now sell it on Craigslist. That's one problem solved. Now for the containers. Since they are dirty, wash them. That's what people usually do unless you want new ones. Pyrex is good, and even though you might break the bank with a new set for all your container needs I'm sure that over time you will appreciate them more and more. As for being overwhelmed, a Psychiatrist can prescribe all kinds of things for that so you won't hear the maniacal screams of your family wondering where the fridge went and why you now have $500 of new containers!

Don't bother with those silly little buttons. Throw the thing out and get yourself a real phone, one of those big ones with the rotary dial and the springy cord. I guarantee your fingers will fit those numbers!

You need to rest your brain quite frequently. For every 15 minutes of study time, watch 60 minutes of Tv or watch a whole movie. This will ensure that your brain gets the rest it needs to be able to absorb more knowledge.

As far as the burger goes, why not just eat one? If you don't you will only get frustrated and cranky. Do those around you a favor and indulge yourself.

Turn on your TV. Set up a video camera, point it at the TV, and hit the record button. Now, go ahead and surf the internet. When you get tired of surfing, just play back your video camera and watch what you missed on TV.

One should "do" their teeth every 4-6 hours. This ensures that the "doing" of said "teeth" remain in their most "done" levels. Extremists will often take only a few seconds between "dones" so their "teeth" will stay "done" at an even higher level than moderates.
