Nice moonwalking...Yes, a logical reasoning. It's over when it's over, though. Personally, I'm more interested in understanding the legal theories being pursued, some of the testimonies under oath (affidavits at this point), some of the theoretical analysis of numbers, some of the IT issues, and seeing the mindsets & attitudes of some of the state legislators when they see and hear of the incompetence and alleged fraud within their state.
I'm aware of the allegations against the red leaderships, but not paying much attention. It all plays our, or not.
The actual legal remedy in such matters is to remove the number of defective ballots from the appropriate stack of ballots. For example, if 50,000 absentee ballots processed over a certain time span are known to be defective, then 50,000 ballots will be removed from the ballots processed during that time. Obviously, it's not a perfect remedy as it doesn't correct the entire extent of the irregularity but it can make a difference in close elections. If the remedy only corrected 30% of the example's irregularity that would cause a vote swing of 15,000 votes ... and no one could claim to be dis-enfranchised.

I'd suppose how this would get to the Supreme Court is via the usual process, but all of what comes before the SC it seems may be a bit more complex and the legal team may well be covering bases with a view to a more complete case at the high court. Maybe not. If nothing else, the matters being presented to the legislatures seem constitutionally where such things should go or should have gone first.
