Not really no, as Catholic and Orthodox Eschatology is is essentially preterist. We believe that most, if not all, of the OT Propechies were fullfiled by Christ or fulfilled during the time of the Early Church. Catholics can be Amillenial, Post Millenial, and Preterist as long as they are not full Preterists.
