Scripture posts are quality posts.

Read more scripture.

Discuss scripture with the LORD.

Ask the LORD what to post.

This makes a quality post.

Anything LESS than this makes a poor quality post.

What does the LORD say?

What does the LORD mean?

This should occupy our thoughts, fill our hearts, and come flowing out of our mouths.

Can you blame a brother for NOT wanting to discuss the LORD'S words with someone who's not even reading the LORD'S words ENOUGH or IN CONTEXT.

"False teaching" is something NOT found in scripture.

IF the LORD said it, it's TRUE, and anyone who opposes it is a liar (Romans 3:4).

How about we bring the conversation up a notch or 2?

Let's:

1. Walk in love

2. Share scripture

3. Ask the LORD what HE means?

Wouldn't that make a better discussion than trashing what someone believes?

We bring you scripture.

Have you read and asked the LORD about HIS words we gave you?

One of the participants in the thread replied to my comments using the reputation system. I'm not going to name them, nor quote what they said because that sort of thing is obviously private.

There's little point in having a conversation if replies are going to be made in private, and accusations are going to be made in ways that make it very difficult to reply without posting private comments.

If people want to talk I'm happy to talk. If you want to make accusations against me in ways that are difficult to address (there is no "reply" to a rep comment) then I'd just ask why you chose that mode of communication.

If the person concerned would like to repost their comments here I will gladly address them.

Amen.

Faith works through love. (Galatians 5:6)

The Lord Jesus told us to love the Lord our GOD with all our heart, and our neighbor as ourselves. (Matthew 22:37-39)

We love because the Lord first loved us. (1 John 4:19)

Love is the greatest. (1 Corinthians 13:13)

Love NEVER fails. (1 Corinthians 13:8)

Thank you LORD GOD ALMIGHTY,
Help us all walk the love walk. Help us all be more like you. Help us treat others the way we want to be treated. Help us fellowship with YOU MORE and MORE and MORE.

Help us draw near to YOU with a sincere and pure heart and receive a transformation that only comes from dwelling in YOUR presence daily. Work YOUR work in us today and every day so that WE bring YOU glory because YOUR HOLY SPIRIT flows through us in ways that please YOU.

We lean on YOU and honor YOU. In the name of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. AMEN. BE SO. YOUR WORD IS TRUE.

I understand, good to see you back.

Regarding those blood moons, the 4th blood moon actually is observable by Israel and interestingly enough it is during a time when the Israelites will be outside

Yes during the feast of Harvest.
Today we looked up at the sun and there was a huge red ring around it.
Scientists attribute it to Halos from ice crystals.
I attribute it to signs and wonders

Okay, fellow believers, get along nicely. Write right.

It's not surprising that posts get pointed. Sometimes it happens. Take a deep breath. Forgive and forget. Stay on the narrow road.

So now, what's your position? More WOF throughout the world, or less? More simplicity or less? Buildings or none at all?

Now, be nice.

Hence why there is a word called opinion with a definition. Thank God words are defined.

I probably take scripture way more seriously than you do?

Please clearly state what you mean and say that. What I said and your response make no sense together.

Okay, fellow believers, get along nicely. Write right.

Write right, is right! People write, what is obviously not right. Respond to what others write and put it in a totally wrong context! Infuriating and so deceptive, right!

It always helps to re-read what one writes before they hit that little 'Submit reply' button. They can do this by hitting that little 'Preview post' button BEFORE they HIT the 'Submit Reply' button.

Order is important. Step one, step two.

Being nice and writing right would include not targeting wof.

Why don't you say: "More religion throughout the world, or less?"

Any Christian can "write right" to that kind of question.

Saying "More wof or less?" promotes hatred towards another group.

Your "pointed" words create a "pointed" thread, with "pointed" posts by all.

This forum is: "Spirit Filled / Charismatic Debate A subforum where WOF and non-WOF may discuss their different theological ideas."

Saying "More or less wof in the world?" isn't discussing a theological idea.

It's targeting an entire group of people.

If you have something against wof you need to follow your own words: "Take a deep breath. Forgive and forget. Stay on the narrow road."

I thought I had edited that post AFTER I posted this post:

I have now edited the post you quoted to match the spirit of the above post, and make sure it's not pointed at you specifically, but at all of us. Here's what it now says.

"More WOF throughout the world, or less?"

Since the BASIS FOR CHRISTIANITY is a BIBLICAL WoF which Christians speak everytime they give witness of the HOPE that's in 'em, then obviously an INCREASE of Biblical WoF is EXACTLY what the world needs.

The Mechanism of Biblical "Word of Faith" is accurately described in Mark 11:22-24. And it STARTS with "Believeing in your heart - NOTHING DOUBTING" (which is ONLY possible by revelation of the Word TO YOU).

Everything else is nothing but NON-Biblical "presumption".

ANd it's the Non-Biblical presumptive variety of "Popular"/"Name it and Claim it"/"TOXIC" WoF (that leads people into confusion, Doubt, and CAN KILL when "health matters" are involved) that needs to be done away with.

Simple as that.

Can you list the toxic people?
The only WOF I know is the first mentioned,Mark 11.

If it is non-Biblical it's not WOF,it's some guy in a bad hair piece making UN -Bibical promises.
Simple as that.
Now if you want to go to crazy charisma well take a look,or snake loving Pennecostals
Or how about Baptist who think all our soldiers are gay.
Watch out for the loony Lutherans too.
Well I guess you can find toxic people everywhere but mostly they hang out in Church.

Benny Hinn is a well-known Christian evangelist and Bible teacher who practices faith healing.[8] He is the author of a number of inspirational Christian books. His thirty-minute TV program This Is Your Day is among the world’s most-watched Christian programs, seen on various Christian television networks, including Trinity Broadcasting Network, Daystar Television Network, Revelation TV, Grace TV, Vision TV, INSP Networks, and The God Channel.[9]

Hinn conducts regular "Miracle Crusades"—revival meeting / faith healing events held in sports stadiums in major cities throughout the world. Tens of millions attend his Holy Spirit Miracle Crusades each year.[9] Benny Hinn claims to have spoken to one billion people through his crusades, including memorable crusades with attendance of 7.3 million people (in three services) in India, the largest healing service in recorded history.[10][11][12] Evander Holyfield, who was diagnosed with a non-compliant left ventricle, has credited his healing to Benny Hinn, stating that through God working through Hinn, he was healed as he had "a warm feeling" go through his chest as Hinn touched him.[13][14]

Hinn's teachings are Evangelical and charismatic, accepting the validity of spiritual gifts, and Word of Faith in origin, with a focus on financial prosperity. Some doctrine and practices that Hinn teaches would be thought unusual in mainstream Christianity.[15] The charismatic Christian community (who, according to a recent study by The Barna Group, make up 46% of United States Protestants and 36% of United States Catholics),[16] is very diverse, and Hinn's ideas are not universally accepted.

Must not be Hinn who is toxic WOF Wikipedia states he is Charismatic

Been here going on 13 years. I was on AOL debate before that for 12 years. 25 years debating these topics. Nothing has changed. The same arguments are being leveled as 25 years ago.
Is anyone accomplishing anything?
I used to think so.
Perhaps some Word is being distributed. That is good.
I would only get involved if someone had sincere questions desiring answers.
I will say the Lord's prayer is not an optional requirement.
We are most certainly to pray that His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
All please take care that in the midst of discussion you find yourself on the wrong side of the words of our Lord!
Peace....
The Lord is Good and His Mercy Endureth Forever,

Dids
