I repeat my earlier offer, to take the old URL, or to purchase it, If that is what Erwin wishes.

If he wants to head off into this new direction, that is perfectly fine, and his business, I just pray he will be willing to offer up the old, and useless to him , and the new URL is nothing like the old name so after the initial transition period, he really has no use for it, so I humbly offer to purchase it.

This is not a joke, an insult, or anything malicious, it is a humble plea to have the opportunity to acquire the old name for future use in the service of Christ, and the furthering of the kingdom, for the salvation of the lost, and I pray it will be sincerely considered.

Christ has been taken out of schools and many other public places.........I guess he might as well be taken out of the CHRISTIAN forums. I appologize for what appears to be a bad attitude. I just am not that pleased about the name change.
Erwin, It seems as though in the vision that you still have Godly views but I really do not think the name change was needed. I just have one question for you. Did you seek God about this? If God told you this is how it should be...then so be it. But I just want to make sure that you are not just doing things out of your own head. I do appreciate that you have this site for us and I will not smack you in the face about it because you are the one that is nice enough to have it for us, but I will say that I am relatively disappointed. I liked having a CHRISTIAN place.....now it seems like just another forum that just so happens to have some Christian stuff.

I will stick around and see how things go and then make my decision.

Again, I do thank you for having a site for us but I am not pleased that it seems like Christ has been pushed aside.

question is....does he still own it? If his contract is no longer going then I believe it would be available to who ever wanted to purchase that domain name. Now it would be different if he owns them both.....but unless his contract was not up yet and he decided to change name in the middle of the contract, then I doubt he still owns it. I don't know.

Wow, color me completely surprised

This is going to be very interesting, I eagerly anticipate seeing how things go.

btw, if anyone thinks Erwin might be joking around, keep in mind that not only did he pay for the new domain name, but he shelled out seven grand for it. That'd be a pretty darn expensive joke.

Just out of curiosity.....how is it 7 grand for the new domain name.
Any of my domains have not been that pricey.
My husband and I host sites and I do not even think any of our clients domain names were that pricey either.

What makes this one different?

well that domain name still come up as taken, so either he still owns it or it has not been changed in the registry.
