If you read the whole post you'll see I explained why your argument is weak. I said that the Bible does not pass judgement on secular music as you seem to think. You are also extrapolating parts of scripture and forcing a meaning onto it where it is open to interpretation (Philipians 4:8 springs to mind).PreacherFergy said:You're greatly mistaken,
he was the one that said, "PreacherFergy's argument is weak." <---is this not flaming!?
He just made a statement and he didn't attempt to support it.
And just to clarify, no I was not flaming:
http://www.christianforums.co.uk/faq.php?faq=rules#faq_no-flame
.:Forum Rule 1:.
Rule No. 1 - No "Flaming"
1) You will not post any messages that harass, insult, belittle, threaten or flame another member or guest. This will include misquoting another member out of context. You may discuss another member's beliefs but there will be no personal attacks on the member himself or herself. This includes implied accusations that another member is not a Christian.
I made no personal attack on you so I have not been involved in flaming. I was refering to your argument, not you.
