What can make feeling anger and hate is when a person hasnt developed emotionally and isnt fully acquainted or connected with him or her-self in a way that allows the person to express themselves. A person can be completely detached from their feelings and feeling nothing as a result. This can be a compounding issue for people when they feel things because emotions and feelings get pushed down and this can lead to a negative explosion every now and again.
I had to deal with alot of anger when i was goign through a time of self development and growth within my inner self and in the process i learnt that feeling such things was okay as long as i didnt hurt others or myself in the process. The most important thing is that i came into touch with how i felt and allowed myself to feel what i was feeling until i didnt have the feeling any longer.
