I wouldn't overdo it too much on the sugar and simple carbs - just because it can grow a really big baby, but after the first trimester, it's really not as big a deal to watch what you are eating. The kiddo is just growing now. All the complicated stuff that food poisoning and over-caffination can mess with is already done. My OB practically recommended lots of fat and protein for pregnancy.
Do make sure you get lots of ice cream. My kiddo can't tolerate dairy so it will be years before I get ice cream again. If I had known that, I would have had a bowl every night I was pregnant.

I know every since I've been on this Chick-fil-A kick every single day I'm thinking that. And just today I picked up some mores chips & dip!
And some watermelon to even it out!
